We were shuffled into the dealership, and asked about our preferences. Which I initially thought was nice, until we started filling out a ton of paperwork. Again. We were only gonna look for fifteen minutes tops and go home. But no. We were there much longer. At one point, the salesman brought over his manager. Who took the keys to our car and took it for a joyride. How do we know? The fuel history reported 10 mpg instead of the 28 mpg we were getting when we got there. They wanted to lock our car up and have us take a car we weren't completely satisfied with over the weekend. At this point, I'm nauseous, my head hurts, and I desperately want to call an Uber to take me home. My husband asked for our keys back, which had our house keys and other personal keys, the guy had to retrieve them from his manager. I didn't say bye to anyone. I grabbed the keys and sat in the car. I was fuming. As were leaving, the salesmen was still trying to run our credit. Which we did not want. Remember, we were just looking at the selection. Other than this experience, the facility is nice but the selection is poor. Every tactic for used car salesmen was being used, including trying to get us a number for the monthly payment, even if it would extend the note years. Clearly they saw a young military couple and were looking to make a quick buck off of us. Edited to add they are now threatening to call my husband's commander so we take down our reviews.

My truck broke down leaving me stranded in St. James this past Sunday. My wife drove 2 hours from…read morehome to pick me up and I left my truck on a business parking and decided I would research some auto repair places once I got home and have it towed someplace local to repair it. I knew from experience my Ford had experienced a blown out spark plug and I did a google search and found Daniel's garage in St. James. I called and spoke with "Bruce" and he assured me he would go take a look at my vehicle within the hour as I had left my keys in the truck and he would be able to start it and listen to the engine. His business was less than a mile from where I parked my vehicle and I told him I could have it towed or he could limp it into his garage. After not hearing from him after two hours I called to check on the status. He told me they were busy and he was just getting ready to send someone to look at it. Two more hours go by and I call again to check on the status and see if he had sent someone to look at it. His response seemed to indicate he had forgotten all about it and he again assured me that he was sending someone out to look at right away and he would call me back before they closed the shop around 5pm. STILLLLLLL no call and when I tried to call them at closing time, all I received was an answering machine. That was it for me and I called Hutchison Ford in St. James the next morning and had it towed through my insurance provider road side assistance. The Ford dealer called me right away when my truck was brought in and had it fixed and ready for me to pick up by the afternoon. So, to recap, if you are broken down and have to leave your vehicle in St. James avoid Daniel's garage. Horrible customer service and won't return your calls.

I told them and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me figure out the issue, document it for insurance, even calling the manager of the other oil place and explaining everything without me even having decided to have the problem fixed at Kwik Kar! I decided to have them fix the situation and they were incredibly detailed and professional. They documented everything they found that was in indicator of how the other oil place messed up and gave me all the documentation I needed. They treated me incredibly well... beyond anything I could have expected and gave me the highest level of support I could imagine... when it was all said and done i was simply charged for a regular oil change... no other automatic add ons to cover their time. Upon receiving my keys and with the shop manager explaining the oil change and tire rotation was serviced on my Denali truck- I personally went to inspect and identified that the tires I marked had not been rotated. I went back to the office to inform the shop manager and I've even played it off as if I had no clue about the maintenance requirements for my truck just to test how he'd respond. Sure enough- to save face- he informed me that Mid Missouri Motor (MMM) service department measures the tire tread and had determined my tires didn't need rotating. How unprofessional that I pay for a service that I didn't receive and to suggest that was appropriate. Additionally, the technician failed to place a paper floor mat to protect the Denali carpet. Vehicle was returned with caked on mud left on my carpet. I will be posting a review of MMM on Yelp, Google and the official GM Twitter account to inform everyone to stay away from MMM service department and how they mistreat service members actively serving in the Army.

These guys are incredibly rude and disorganized. They ordered the wrong part for me TWICE and had…read moreno idea until I told them it physically would not fit in my vehicle. IDIOTS. Further, they don't offer to help whatsoever when you walk in. They all are chatting amongst themselves and don't bother paying any attention to customers. I've literally had to interrupt them talking to each other to get any help. They all have a holier-than-thou attitude yet they can't even get parts ordered correctly, give no indication to customers when part orders will be in, require payment upfront, and it takes them until late afternoon to unload their morning deliveries. Does anyone actually work here or are you all paid to waste time?? They won't have the part you're looking for. They'll have to order it and they'll likely mess up anyway. You, like me, will be much better off going elsewhere for any hope of DECENT SERVICE
