The guy who bagged for us was handicapped & did a good job of putting the heavier items at the bottom of the sack. I saw an employee leave the lobby empty of carts and the manager didn't react or seem to care at all, but then another employee came and did the same thing later (which literally isn't a big deal at all??) and the manager went OFF on them about company image/what customers think/whatever. I'm talking actual yelling, not just talking sternly, raising their voice LOUD, loud for everybody around to notice and be visibly uncomfortable, which is a lot worse for their image than whatever they were accusing the employee of. Anyway I rarely cook and im known for being inept in the kitchen. But she garrentied I couldn't screw up this Turkey. Its boneless...you chose between all white and white dark combo. It comes in a bag that u cook it in. There are directions for cooking fully frozen and thawed. It's amazing! We call to make sure they have plenty before making the long 90 minute drive out here. It's out in the country...small grocery.
