I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. Also had facets replaced and some of the underneath parts replaced in a bathroom. I ordered the facets myself from Lowes. Dakota also did this job. All employees who worked for us for 2 days did an excellent job. I would give them all 5 stars.

He then made a few calls putting off the mornings appointments so he could tend to my problem. The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.
