Wonderful customer service! In the middle of a snowstorm, all by myself, I went into the ditch and didn't know what to do. John's Service was incredible and did all they could to help me out with little car damage. I can't think of many companies that would work so hard to preserve my vehicle and calm my nerves in such a time. He even followed me for a while as I drove to make sure my car was fully functional before setting out on the rest of my journey. This was truly incredible and made this very scary time not so scary. I broke down on interstate today right between the Abilene exits and Brad was quick to come and tow me off interstate. He allowed me and my dog to stay many hours in the office and his mom was very accommodating by offering water to my dog. Robert offered many times for me to have some water. AAA may leave you stranded near Abilene, but John's Service will not! I was traveling through the area when my car broke down with my 11 year old riding with me. I waited for close to six hours for AAA to come, and finally called John's. They came immediately and towed my car to a mechanic and dropped us off at the hotel next to it.
