It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

This store is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes when I shop here I get lots of help with picking…read morethings out and friendly sales associates. Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores. I hung up, but to my surprise, he called me back a few minutes later just to suggest a few other stores where I might find what I was looking for! That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is so rare these days. I was in a rush to find a dress that same day, and his kindness truly stood out. Thank you, Vernard, for going above and beyond!

Also in more recent years the rise of Zara and H& M have given these guys a run for their money. But still once in a while I will pop into an Express store at the mall and check things out. I'm at an age now where I can't wear a lot of their stuff anymore without looking silly and unsophisticated. Nevertheless I think they do have some super cute trendy fun tops and some of those fun faux fur coats. All of course priced just right. The ladies that work here are always friendly. They greet you at the door and immediately tell you what the sales of the day are. In my case all clearance is buy one get one free...sweet....if you're in the area. Definitely gotta check them out.

I spent $49 for a shopping bag-full of clothing and hair styling products I normally purchase at full price. They are the shirts that Cam from "Modern Family" wears, with a different pattern on the rolled up cuff than the body of the shirt. They are very nice and would be great with a nice pair of white pants and a great pair of shoes. This store carries wool suit and ties that tend to be very classic. They are the perfect business suit and will pair well with their dress shirt and ties. If you are a mature man of taste, this store is a great shopping option. It is located in the Town Center Mall on the second level.

Palmetto Moon has been an emerging brand that offers a lot of great Southern Lifestyle brands in the form of clothing, souvenirs, cups, coolers, hats, stickers and much more! They also have a lot of college items, which is a massive sell here in the south! In short, this place is filled with merch from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Prices are decent, but do not scream outlet to me. They are a regular store in an outlet mall, not an outlet off-shoot of a brand, so be prepared for that. Overall, it is a cool store to get lost in for a bit...there is certainly enough to keep your attention! I honestly have this spot on my Christmas shopping list as I can cover several folks in my family in one trip here, so you will definitely see me back!

The store is laid out well, clean, organized and in great shape. This went for the dressing rooms as well. Service was fantastic as upon entry we were greeted and then on the sales floor once we settled into a section, the same gentleman asked could he assist us further. We were looking for a particular size, and while they sadly did not have it, he did go check for us and even have recommendations on like items when it was determined they did not have in stock. This was really my only gripe about the location, out of the 4 things I really liked...they only have one in my size. I ended up scooping them up online, but still... Overall, this J.Crew location is great. The service, cleanliness, options, etc...

I've not been to this factory store in a long while because in the past I felt the sales people were too snotty and weren't interested in helping customers. The past two trips I've made here were quite good. I was able to get a few sweaters to wear for casual Fridays. I think their shirts are a bit boxy for my taste and their dresses are cut too high at the waist for me. Overall I think it's a good addition to the outlet mall selection. Their men's and children's department are great. Lots of sales and clearance items. They also have jewelry and shoes as well.... It's not a store I would shop everyday but wouldn't mind popping in again if I am in the area again...

When we got to GA for the wedding, Bob went above and beyond to make sure my husband was able to get this groomsman suit fit right for a wedding he was part of.
