Nike, Nike, Nike, so much Nike! All colors, shapes, and sizes! The business was booming in the middle of the week. No wonder! there was so much to choose from. I don't peticularly care for sneakers, but since they offered some without laces, I could get used to them. It was a big, neatly organized store with great customer service experience. Found exactly what I was looking for. They even sold children's Nike outfits and shoes. Definitely, this store makes the trip to the outlet shopping center worth the drive. read more

As others have stated, the store itself is fine. It's the "employees" that think they're at home hanging out with their friends carrying on. It's one thing to have a conversation with your coworkers, but when your volume is on level 10 and you're flailing your arms for effect and almost hitting customers... then you've crossed the line! They barely even said excuse me and then continued their loud conversation and gossiping. Someone must have finally said something to them because they finally stopped and moved position to where they were supposed to be. read more

This Nike Factory Store is one of the main draws at the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta, which happen to be located in Woodstock... I am usually a big fan of Nike Stores, especially ones that I can get solid deals on, but I will say that this location was a little disappointing. It is a fairly large store, but the selection of items that are truly priced at outlet prices is very slim. The shoes that were on sale were just awful. It appeared as though the only things that were truly on sale were the items that just had too much stock of. The rest of the items were at standard Nike prices. Additionally, service was subpar and almost non-existent...even though there were legit 8 Associates standing near and behind the registers. They were chatting away while the line built and the floor became busier. Maybe it was a shift meeting on the floor? Either way, it was not a good look. I will say that the store was clean and well kept. Overall, Nike Factory Store is always a stop when we hit the outlets. Everyone now and then you find that deal you can't pass up, which should be every visit to the outlets, but hey...who doesn't like the thrill of the chase! read more

Drove up today from Marietta while I am in town from Houston. I was looking for some interesting shoes and the outlets usually have some rare pairs that are no longer in stock. I get there and the store is in great shape. Clean and well organized. The selection was okay. I got a pair of Air Force Ones and another legit colorful pair. The prices were okay. They aren't huge discounts but not bad. The issue is the customer service. Was not asked if I needed help or greeted when I entered the store. When I went to check out I stood in line by myself while 6 employees stood around talking. The two at the register just kept talking while they saw me. One finally told me to come to the register but even while at the register they kept talking for a good minute and did not start ringing me up. He did not say hello or anything and the first words he spoke was if I was a Nike Club member. As soon as I said yes and put in my email he was a little more friendly, but not by much. I felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation by checking out. Really uncomfortable. If you are looking for okay prices, a clean store and mid customer service, this is the spot for you. read more

If you plan on heading over here, keep in mind that with COVID things going on, there is a good chance there will be a line waiting to get inside. When I got in line, it actually stretched the entire length of the building to the parking lot .... seriously intimidating and makes you question if it's worth waiting. Now the good news, it literally took about 5 - 8 min to get inside the store. The staff seem to be pretty efficient at getting people in and out pretty quickly so wait times aren't overly long. Once inside the store is well organized. Men's stuff is grouped together on the right and women's (and children's - in a small space) is off to the left. Shoes occupy the back 1/3 of the store. Nice selection that isn't currently at the local (Bama) outlet location. It is Nike, so prices range from really good to average. For example, I picked up a long sleeve running shirt with retail sticker @ $90 for $29.99 .... really good quality too! Shoes are where you can get some really great deals. In addition to the good deals the back and side walls are lined with clearance shoes that are discounted further. If you like the Nike brand or athletic geared clothing and accessories, I'd recommend this store. read more

I never had a chance to go in the store and look around like I wanted. They were supposed to be open until 7pm as indicated by the hours listed on their door. At 6:40pm they locked their doors and they weren't letting anyone in. There wasn't even a crowd or a line formed outside. I was ready to buy if the shoes I wanted were in stock and I'm quick. I could have been in and out before closing time. I guess I will stick to online ordering. read more

Your average factory store with subpar customer service. If you arrive on a holiday weekend you may be able to find nice deals on certain items. The parking at the outlet is horrible so I advise that you arrive early in the day. read more

I'm a guy. I love shoes. No shame in that, right? Let me be specific: I love running shoes. Mizouno, Saucony, New Balance, Adidas, etc. Nike is always number one for my foot. Unfortunately, you pay for quality. This means typically I would buy a pair of Nikes, grind then to dust and then scrimp and save for another pair. The Nike Factory Store at Ridgewalk has helped me greatly. The selection is really good for a store that gets last year's models. Colors are current, styles are current and prices are fantastic. The staff is VERY helpful, even for an old man like me. Typical mall access and parking, but it's still pretty good at this outlet mall. Excepting Christmas. Pray for death if you have to shop in person at Christmas. Check the "last ditch" row in the back. I have bought several pairs of $100+ shoes for $20 by simply watching and waiting. New stock on Friday. This is also the best day to snag markdowns. read more

The shoes are a great selection but the manager Morris made it an amazing shopping experience. I am 5"11 in height and my shoe size is 12. It's very difficult to find my size. Morris was very helpful and brought me all the size 12 women's shoes. He also gave me a great discount for having a larger foot. Morris is a true example of caring for his customers and going above and beyond. He was super patient and stood my me to make sure that they were the right a size. He is awesome! If there is a reason for me to go to the Outlets it would be to visit this store. I have bought my kids sneakers, clothing, socks and accessories here. They have great prices, a great selection and an extremely friendly staff! When you walk into the store you will see the men's section directly in front of you, the shoes in the back of the store, and the women's section to your left. The cash wrap is in the front of the store. I love that there usually isn't too bad of a line due to multiple cashiers being ready to serve you. Love that! Hate when I'm at a store and they have a million registers but only one employee is running one register! They also handle returns very well. No dirty looks! When you venture back to the shoes, make sure you look at the sale stands that they have. They have Elite socks on sale as well as other good stuff. If you can find these freakin Elite socks that the kids are wearing on sale you better grab them up! Even though this is an Outlet they have a pretty large amount of clothing that isn't last year's style. They may not be on sale much, but they are still on sale. One of the bigger stores at this outlet mall which is nice, but I have trouble finding things that are actually a decent price. Always check the clearance shoe section they often have 20% or 30% off the already marked down prices. Even offered me a kids size instead of my women's size because I would save some money and my feet are small enough to fit in a kids size, haha. Employees are too busy having conversations with each other then to use the 5ft rule and ask a customer how they are and if they need help. I have to say this Nike outlet was complete trash. Basically nothing was discounted and there was nothing there that you couldn't get online for a better price. Everything that was worth buying was of course not on sale. The clearance racks were basically filled with children cloths with pretty much garbage and looked like they been sitting there for quite some time. Overall the store is quite small and the discounts were far and few in between. The sneakers were all SB Nikes for $50 which can be found on eBay for cheaper and anything such as Kobe's, LeBron's, or flyknits were all retail and overpriced. This Nike outlet was by far the worst with pretty much nothing worth buying. I saw one rack with 50% for Kevin Durant gear which were all outdated and overpriced in the 1st place. I mean at least give some decent discounts on socks or t-shirts. Went to Adidas it was a hell of a lot better than Nike. Sorry never going back to this outlet. Two thumbs down way down read more
