From the moment I walked in, Jolina at the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, especially the financial side, which immediately put me at ease. Letty was also incredibly helpful in breaking down my insurance versus out-of-pocket costs. She made everything easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Val, the dental assistant, was very welcoming and helped me relax during my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about patient comfort. Dr. Lalifa is outstanding. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was top-tier. I felt like I was in very good hands the entire time. A special thank you to Mido, the dental hygienist who helped me with my deep cleaning. She was incredibly friendly, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and honestly motivated me to take my dental health more seriously moving forward. And lastly, Alex at the front desk made the checkout process smooth and clearly explained my next steps and provided all my receipts. Overall, this team made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and even motivating. Highly recommend Spring Hills Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely caring dental office.

Then 2 minutes later she called my son up to the window and said we're going to have to reschedule you because we were 7 minutes late! I quickly corrected the woman and said actually we were 5 minutes late you asked us to sit down as soon as we walked in. The woman continued to explain that she had no choice but to reschedule so I asked to speak to the manager to which she said she was so I asked her name and she said she will NOT be giving me her name I asked why not? She still refused and said she would ask the doctor if he still wanted to see my son and walked off. 3 minutes later she said yes the doctor will see him I said thank you and asked for her name again once again she refused. I said okay I will be informing the doctor on how unprofessional you are. She walked away. My son was seen the rest of the staff was nice, professional. I'm writing a letter to the doctor to inform him about what went on in his office today, maybe he is unaware. Hope this review is helpful.

I was referred to Dr. Zalsman by my dentist to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was…read moreespecially nervous since my case was a little more complicated and had more risks. However, Dr. Zalsman did an amazing job and I recovered well! He and his staff did an amazing job educating me, answered any questions I had, and he even called me after the surgery to make sure I was okay. Dr. Zalsman is an expert in his field, a wisdom teeth extraction surgery may seem intimidating but for him, he does these surgeries on a daily basis! Thank you staff and Dr. Zalsman for going above and beyond!!

I opted to used Dr. Zalsman based upon my dentist's recommendation. I needed to have a molar…read moreextracted, and wanted to get an implant to replace this tooth. I asked my dentist (of 24 years) who he would use, and without hesitation he recommended Dr. Zalsman, stating that Dr. Zalsman had done an excellent job on his implant. My dentist was correct. Not only is Dr. Zalsman a dentist, but he is also an M.D., which provided me with an extra level of confidence. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is beyond courteous. They are professional, yet personable and good humored. Appointments are kept timely, and the place runs effectively and efficiently. On a number of occasions, after arriving early, I was actually seen in advance of the appointment time. Having a dental implant can be an anxiety-provoking process. The bone needs to be prepared to receive the implant, and it is not unusual to have to supplement the existing bone with additional bone material from nearby. I opted for the general anesthesia, which costs a bit more but relieved me of the stress and (frankly) fear associated with enduring this complex procedure. The clerical and medical staff is as good as I've seen anywhere. The medical assistants tasked with setting me up for the surgery went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this office for any of your complex dental procedure needs.

I and my family have been coming to HD since 1989. The care…read morewas excellent and you felt like family. When my dad passed way in 2012, his bridge was in the process of being repaired. When Dr. Trammel learned my father passed away he put a rush on my dad's bridge so that he may be buried with a full set of teeth. But the years caught up with this dentist. 6-7 years ago he botched my root canal and crowns. I complained to the staff about pain and discomfort but I was ignored. I had other problems that the staff ignored. Tremmel finally retired due to health problems. I ost a tooth because the gum area became infected. I complained for 2 months about the pain but was ignored. A new doctor redid my root canal but it was always painful for 3 years. Last year I was sent to a specialist and he informed me that when HD redid my root canal they did NOT clean out all the bacteria. HD did a poor job making me a partial because I lost that tooth. The partial was painful and it actually moved my back molars that it attached to. Instead of moving my Terr back the dentist shaved my teeth. They just replaced the crown that was not done correctly with a larger crown, but that moved my back teeth and I'm now biting down on my gums. Now they are saying they may have to shave my bone! Or this or that! It appears that I go in for one thing and they keep adding things. My day we called that padding the bill. So, my bite is messed up and the back teeth are still digging into my back gums. I left. Never to return. My suggestion don't go here because it's all about how many procedures they can force on you. They create problems so they can charge you more for more procedures.

I finally thought I had found a good orthodontist, but my most recent visit was very…read moredisappointing. The orthodontist (a Hispanic woman whose name I did not get) was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the consultation. This was a required second consultation, as staff had told me I needed. On the phone, I was told I would need a new consultation; otherwise, I could have continued with the original treatment plan from five months ago, which was cheaper. That is why I came in expecting a new evaluation. From the beginning, she repeatedly asked if I wanted to start treatment before properly looking at my teeth, referring back to the consultation from five months ago and trying to use that same plan. I only agreed to proceed if the consultation would be based on the same pricing and plan I had originally discussed. Only then did she reluctantly examine my teeth, and even then it lasted less than a minute. It did not feel like a proper evaluation and felt like she was rushing through it. When I asked if she was the same orthodontist who did my original consultation, she confirmed yes in an angry tone and then walked away before I could ask any further questions. There was also a clear communication barrier, and she did not explain things well or seem to fully understand what I was asking, even though I was speaking respectfully and calmly. After the brief exam, she changed the treatment plan by adding spacers, which increased the estimated cost from about $85 to around $115 "maybe." This felt inconsistent, especially because I had been led to believe I could continue with the same plan from five months ago if I proceeded. It also did not make sense to me that adult teeth would change significantly enough in just five months to require additional procedures like spacers, which are typically used for children with developing mouths. I am 19, so this change felt unexplained and unnecessary, especially since I was also told extractions would likely be needed either way. Overall, the interaction felt rushed, unclear, and dismissive. The attitude and lack of explanation made the experience feel unprofessional and discouraging. That kind of approach drives patients away, because people need clear communication and respect when making medical decisions. Maria was kind during my previous visit, but this experience with the orthodontist was not satisfactory in terms of communication, professionalism, and clarity around treatment changes.
