I was planning to purchase another treadmill along with other exercise equipment from this company, but have changed my mind because of the way they treat people. if the guy changed huis mind about picking it up, why not just call and state that? I called to speak with the manager Barret. Adam answered the phone and whispered that I wantd to talk to him, then sent my call straight to voice mail, and never called me back. Their lack of consideration and respect for customers, and the fact that Barrett didnt even bother to call back, is a horrible reflection of this company. I have a Giant TCR Composite 0 road bike I bought used from a friend back in 2010. I had knee…read moresurgery and heard that road biking would be good for recovery. It's a sweet bike. I moved to Miltona in 2020. Never had a tune up. This year, I went out for a ride and blew a tire going too fast over train tracks. I took it to Jake's Bikes to get a new tube. He gave it a good inspection and let me know I'd need new tires. My computer never worked for me so I asked him if he could fix it. He said he'd try but said he might need to put a new one on and I agreed. I decided to have him do a full tune up and just dial it in. My tape on the handle bars was coming off so I asked him to put a new wrap on it. It took a few weeks (exactly what he quoted) and I picked it up Friday. The price was what I expected based on what he told me. He itemized all the labor and parts, which I really appreciated. He really went above and beyond. I just went for my first ride this morning. The bike is awesome. I felt like I was flying. Thank you Jake and the crew! Highly recommend.
