When I corrected her, she got mad (pissed would be a better at to describe her response). She ended up hanging up on me. All I could think about is how does a small company with that type of customer service stay in business. I own a small company (7 employees) and if one of my employees ever treated a customer like I was treated they would be terminated. I wish I would of got her name so I could talk to the owner and explain what happened in more detail. Maybe she is the owner. That would explain why she is still working there. Feel free to call me.
