We payed $1,400 for a non working unit. The inferior product had NOT BEEN CLEANED. They made an Exxon Station seem like the Four Seasons. In addition, they did not work. On delivery, the toxic odor was so bad you could not possibly use it, and we had to hire a professional cleaner to clean the unit and tie open the doors to remove the smell prior to the event. The water in two of the sinks would not work (they would run at full flow and deplete the supply and fill the holding tank). We had to provide sanitary wipes for the guests to use. The fans did not work in 2 of the rooms. The owner was not responsive to our issues and was totally unprofessional. (note: They also seem to be the same company as Restrooms on Wheels www.restrooms-on-wheels.com They use the same apparently stock photos, and the owner, David Schwartz, responded to both email addresses.)

Luis delivered our trailer a few days before the party and was so wonderful and helpful. We had a rocky time figuring out the power supply (for reasons that were not his fault and too tedious to go into), but he was a persistent problem solver and didn't leave until we were up and running. Restrooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely worth it, would recommend!

Our wedding was scheduled for September 2020 during the height of COVID. Four months prior to the scheduled date, we asked to reschedule since there was an executive order prohibiting weddings of our size from being held in NC. Twenty-One Films were unwilling to reschedule nor return any of the full amount we paid. They kept ALL of our money (the full price for their services) and delivered absolutely nothing nor did any work. I'm sure they are good when they actually perform the service you hire them for but you should not expect them to do what is right for you as the customer.

It was a bit of a risk, hiring someone from across the country. Yet right from the start, owner Phil McInnis earned my trust and respect. He quickly showed himself to be knowledgeable, caring, responsive and reliable -- always asking the right questions, presenting options, and bringing ideas to the table that truly enhanced the final product. Anytime I had a question or concern, Phil was just an email or quick phone call away. The day before my project, Phil took time to meet me at the site to assess the conditions of the training room where we would be filming. The morning of the project, he showed up early and went about getting set up, which allowed me to focus on my own work. He and his business partner handled every detail professionally and unobtrusively. Ultimately, Phil took a four-hour training and boiled it down to a 30-minute salable DVD -- all through the lengthy editing process, Phil went above and beyond to look after every detail and to make sure I was pleased with the final result.
