I hired this company for a concrete project, and the overall experience was frustrating. During the…read morework, large sections of my yard were torn up. Sod was removed and thrown on top of other grass, trenches were left open, and several sprinkler zones were damaged and responsibility was not taken. My yard wasn't perfect before, but it was grass, not loose dirt, mud, and scattered dead patches. To their credit, they did come back and refill the trenches, restore the holes, and fix the sprinkler issues after I pointed them out. However, I had to rearrange my own plans to be present and make sure the repairs were actually done, which shouldn't be necessary if things were handled correctly the first time. Even after the repairs, the side yard was not returned to its original condition. I attached photos of before they came and after the job. The removed sod was not properly replanted, the area was left uneven, and instead of actual sod replacement I was told they would "drop hybrid seed," which is not a proper fix for sod that was removed or destroyed. The photos show exactly how my yard was left. While the concrete itself turned out fine after coming back to fix mistakes, the landscaping/restoration side of the job fell far below professional standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for concrete or landscaping work.

Not one company managed to get all the zones working and functioning for us and the first 3 couldn't even locate the leak. Many came out and just tore up our yard digging for lines. When Moore Irrigation sent out Bairon, this guy knew what he was doing. He quickly located wiring issues and helped us identified bad valves. When he left the first time there was only one zone we couldn't find anywhere. After a couple hours here already working on other issues, we told him to just give up and we would see if we could locate it one day. Then we decided to have other work done in the yard and it just so happened all the wires running to the control panel were exposed from this work. We decided to start tracing out the wire for the missing zone. We had it narrowed down where it might be, but we didn't want to tear the yard up after we'd just put new sod down in a section. We reached out to Moore Irrigation again on Friday hoping someone could come out immediately before the pavers went down, and these people came through for us 100%! That missing zone still hasn't been found because it's under new sod we didn't want torn up, but Bairon found a GENIUS work around and connected those other sprinklers to an existing zone we knew was working. We didn't have to tear up new sod, and we got our sprinklers all working! Moore Irrigation shows up when they say they will, they don't leave a mess when they are done, and they charge a more than fair price for the incredible work they do. Hopefully, your system isn't as much of a disaster as ours was, but you can trust these guys can handle it if it is! We cannot thank them enough for squeezing us into their schedule and keeping our other project on time by remedying this problem for us on short notice. I had them out to repair a sprinkler head mid-May. Hannah said that they now do landscaping, so I had her do a quote for landscaping. It took several weeks to get the quote. When they finally came out, the quote went up by $750. I said fine and paid it, but the work still wasn't completed. They said their "supplier" ran out of the materials. I later found out that the materials are stocked every day at any Lowe's. Texted several times to get the work completed, and the new quote has almost doubled. Still can't get them to come out and finish the job or even reply to texts. Sad that the company is being run this way after James' passing. He was a great dude and super reliable. Do not use this company now. They have no idea how to bid a job, run a business or deal with customers--totally unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive.

I requested quote and never heard back, but they came and did the cut/cap. No invoice was sent, no further contact. 4 months later, pool was completed and I contacted to have sprinklers reconnected and adjusted. The 'secretary' made the appointment for the service. When I called the day prior to ask again about a quote, I was told someone would be there to take a look the next day. I was told the appointment was for the work to be done. She then gave a rambling of numbers stating work was by the hour, and by person doing the work. I asked for a specific quote, again. The crew arrived a few days later, still no quote but was told to not be concerned, they would take care of me. The crew spent the day working, digging up pipes, heads, rocks, and placed current heads. They left at 5pm. I called the next day as no one showed back up to finish. I was told they had completed the job. There were pipes, trash, etc all over the yard. I complained and they sent someone to clean up the following day, which amounted to them picking the trash up and tossing it on the vacant lot next door. :( Then, I get an email with an invoice attached with total amount due....an extremely high amount, that is, considering the hourly quotes I was randomly told over the phone. No information on the invoice, just one bottom line number. I called to request an itemized bill, and was met with shock! It took about two weeks, and I finally got an itemized bill, that looked like the work of a kindergartner putting a puzzle together. The funny part is, the totals on the original invoice, $xxxx.84 and the itemized was $xxxx.05 were different! Hmmm. Strongly do not recommend. There are too many other options in SA and surrounding are to deal with dishonesty and avoidance. Do not use these folks!

I had a pool installed last year and at the recommendation of my builder, I hired this company to disconnect and cap my system where digging would take place. The guy that came out said when we're ready to reconnect, all he had to do was connect a couple wires and energize the rest of the motors that were still connected. I called Texas Allied (Sisco) back out to make the reconnection and Rick Neitzel, their VP of Sale and Marketing quoted me nearly $3500. He sent the technician back out when I told him what I had been told. The technician came out and said he would have the office get me on the schedule. 3 weeks later when I called about status, the lady that answered the phone told me that the technician can't overrule the VP of the company. Talk about deceptive business practices. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and possibly the State Attorney General as well.
