It's also hard to find someone who's going to come out on a Friday in the later part of the day. It could be weeks or days and in the meantime we could have a leak leading to a huge water bill. So when Mr. Olvera from Oasis Sprinkler Service said he'd be by in 20 minutes I was shocked. The system was fixed and I was educated on the different sprinklers we have. I had no idea but it is the reason our grass is dead in the backyard yearly! I also had no idea the rain sensor had a battery that needed to be changed out or it's a useless fence ornament. I never thought about that seasonal setting on the panel but it's vital to avoid paying to have sprinkler heads replaced plus water waste. After all this I was expecting upwards of $150 or more "as it always is" but nope ... $75! If you want quick, honest, knowledgeable, reliable and affordable service I recommend Oasis! It soon turned into I think is a major job as a tree root grew over an access point for the sprinkler. I helped Manuel try and cut it and with the help of the landscaper, the root was removed. Then we found out the master valve needed to be replaced, another valve needed to be replaced, found a leak in a previously repaired pipe in the yard, one rotor was broke at the base, and another was not rotating. Guess after 19 years of never really having the system looked at, yesterday was the day to get it done, especially since the entire front yard has new sod. I am grateful Benitez came to the rescue. We will definitely use them again as we are looking to sell the house next year and I would like to make sure the new sod is covered when the sprinklers are on. Here is your quote and our agreement "We can replace tomorrow. $255 with service charge and 6 month warranty.". My mom was charged (and paid) $305. You mailed a check for $50. Therefore she paid $255, which is not lower price you quoted. Also, you didn't replace the valve - only repaired it which is way less work and not at all what was quoted and agreed to. I don't consider any of this help as you stated. It's more like taking advantage of the circumstances and not doing what was agreed to or adhering to the quoted price. Future customers beware!

I've had to revise my reading on this company due to bad experience with their shrubbery watering…read moresystem. Their system only dribbles a little water at eat shrub. They tell you to water for an hour. Unfortunately, this results in the PVC tapping being under 100 pounds of pressure. Their installers do not use a cleaner on the PVC fitting. Therefore the fittings blow apart. This is happened to us four times and resulted in $600 of additional water use.
