I recently discovered them after my previous acupuncturist retired since moving back to San Francisco. I needed some relief or some unbearable pain I was experiencing in my shoulder. Treatment plan was needles, electrostimulation, and cupping. After each visit, I felt incredible healing. I am very satisfied with the care, treatment, and my experience. Appointment scheduling was great - I was added to a waitlist for a preferred appointment time - they called me when it became available. I highly recommend this place. I will return any anytime I need their care. Thank you Dr Connie Ly

I have been seeing Dr. Jun for almost 3 years. When I went for the first time I was afraid of the pain, but she is really passionate about her work and helped me calm down at all times. I leave my appointments feeling very relieved. She also helped me eliminate my knee pain in a matter of weeks. I recommend her 100%. In general, everyone there is very kind and punctual.

This review is long overdue. I went to Dr Lee after 5 years…read moreof trying to conceive, having tried everything and exhausted all options. I was mentally and physically drained after years of alternative therapies, fertility massages, acupuncture with different practitioners, HSG, 3 rounds of failed IVF and multiple miscarriages. Apparently my eggs were all abnormal and fertility doctors gave me a 1% chance of getting pregnant. Defeatedly, we began looking into donor eggs and adoption. Then a friend suggested the book "Making Babies" by Dr Sami David and I had a phone consultation with him. At this time, I was 41 and he convinced me to try one more time to have a baby naturally. I found Dr Lee on Google and skeptically began a 3 month treatment program with her - acupuncture weekly with Chinese herbs twice a day, 6 days a week. My husband and I were also very strict with our diets - no alcohol, sugar, pasta, limited beef, no tofu. I had an inkling that I was pregnant about 12 weeks into the treatment but didn't want to get my hopes up. It was too early for a pregnancy test so I mentioned it to Dr Lee. She adapted her treatment in case I was. My pregnancy was confirmed and my OB/GYN began weekly tests with me as I was considered 'extremely high risk'. They expected me to get gestational diabetes with a high chance of abnormalities. I continued treatment with Dr Lee during my first trimester. She helped me with nausea and general well-being. In the end, I had a smooth pregnancy and gave birth at 42y.o. with absolutely no complications as my OB/GYN kept on expecting. My beautiful daughter is now 20 months old, very happy, healthy and bright. She is truly a miracle and would not exist if it weren't for Dr Lee. We truly cannot thank Dr Lee enough. To women out there reading this, I wish you all the best. Know that there are others going through this long exhaustive journey and you are not alone. Miracles do happen!

My previous masseuse used pressure points which helped release a lot of tension without the painful aftermath. The customer service left me uncomfortable. When I called to make my appointment, I was told there would be a small discount for paying in cash. At checkout, I offered to pay with cash, but no discount was given. It wasn't a big deal, so I didn't question it. What bothered me more was the tipping experience. After I left a tip, the receptionist looked at it and said, "You're only giving this much?" I asked how much was expected, and she told me that tips should be 20%. I ended up giving whatever tip she demanded. Even with the higher tip, this place was still less expensive than where I used to go. My previous massage place simply didn't accept tips, so I understand expectations may be different. However, I didn't appreciate feeling pressured or judged while checking out. It took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. If you decide to come here, I'd recommend expecting to leave around a 20% tip if you plan to return. The massage itself is ok, but because of the checkout experience and the overall atmosphere, I don't plan on coming back.
