Ian was quick to respond with a time period he was available and made sure to let us know we don't need to be home for him to do his job. Ian also informed us that he would send an electronic invoice. Ian arrived at the house at exactly the time he had stipulated in his first e-mail and did a great job of cleaning out our gutters. He found a clog in one of our down-spout collectors that ran underground and by the time he was done it was gone. He cleaned the system end-to-end and we were very pleased with the service. We received an electronic invoice as he mentioned and were able to conveniently pay online. Fast forward to a few days after the service. We still haven't heard from any of the other two contractors I e-mailed (how typical) and here Ian has already provided service and he has been paid. I wish all of the other service providers out there offered as good of a service as Ian does. We did get a second clog after all the leaves fell and he stayed committed to his 30 day clog free guarantee. He came back, unclogged and made sure to check the rest of the gutters just in case. I thought they were only cleaning the windows (like the other companies do) but the went above and beyond. They cleaned a window, then vacuumed the sill and then took a cloth and wiped all around the inside frame. No other company has ever done that. after they were done doing all the windows they cleaned the screens before putting them back in. They worked so hard that they were here almost all day. I was struck by a BDM driver, by the name of Donovan, his passenger's name was Zach. The Driver rear ended me at an intersection off of 84th and City Center.........and admitted in front of an eye witness that the vehicle he was driving had bad breaks. I asked the driver to provide me with his insurance information and to wait, as the police were on their way and I wanted there to be an official report involving both of our statements. That is when he started telling me that "he had to go, that his boss said to go". He told me "his boss would text me HIS (the owner of the company) insurance information. Problem is, I came to find out, that insurance only covers the owner of the vehicle and company himself (TRAMAYNE WATSON) and no one else. Mr Watson is now avoiding me, not answering my calls,( it has now ow been over a month and I'm still driving around with a damaged bumper as well as internal damage to the vehicles frame) and refusing to compensate me a single penny. I feel that I am a victim of something none the less akin to a hit and run. I am currently dealing with this situation via legal action and will not stop until Tramayne Watson and his employee that struck me take responsibility for their actions or are penalized under the law. AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are negligent, irresponsible and dishonest. If an accident occurs at their fault, in your home or place of business, YOU WILL BE THE ONE TO PAY THE PRICE.
