Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. Living in Omaha you're going to pay more for these services because the contractors have become accustomed to receiving premium rates from insurance companies. Paragon will give you a fair price while still providing professional service and quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and make sure the job is done right. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.

Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. A half inch gap between two joining pieces of facia on one side and on the other the downspout hole was placed a good inch too far inboard resulting in the downspout resting hard against the trim. Note the downspouts are mounted a quarter inch from the house courtesy of the mounting brackets, and that's good, but they put the hole in the gutter for the downspout too close to the side of the house... Meh, pictures are worth a thousand words and yes I took pictures. Don stated the Westphalen guy told him he'd do whatever it took to make me (customer) happy when I showed the problems to him after installation. Long, long story short, the Westphalen guys came out today to fix and 1) Gap still there. 2) They moved the gutter a little but not enough to fix problem of inappropriate gutter/house trim contact. At first, Don at OG & S tried to convince me the downspout placement was "normal", took me 15 minutes to convince him I knew better... Talk about trying to save a buck, customer be dam_ed! When we decide to side this house we will NOT use Omaha Gutter & Siding. Do what you can to see if whatever company you choose uses "Exteriors by Westphalen" and if they do, RUN. Oh, never mind the initial "forgot to call you backs", etc, I tell ya, I will not use these guys again.

I felt bad having him come out when it didn't appear to be a problem, but he it's always best to make sure everything's working properly which I greatly It gave me peace of mind. I'm definitely having them out next fall to clean my gutters as I have a tremendous amount of trees and they always clog up.

My first visit to ladies came out and offered the deep cleaning service. I would expect with every visit. The next visit the same, two ladies came out and did an average job and left before I had an opportunity to walk through the area, and I was a little disappointed that somethings were left, either undone, or simply not cleaned at all. The third and final visit the ladies were at my house for less than an hour and left without cleaning floors, stove, toilets, etc. and I decided to move on from using their services. While I was offered the opportunity to have the crew come back another day. My schedule didn't allow for it and I was a little frustrated with the whole experience. I would suggest that you tread lightly if you use the service and ensure that expectations are clarified, including not leaving before a joint inspection of work is completed.

The communication from beginning to end is timely and clear. The guys that do the windows are respectful and good. I always walk around the place with them at the end to check on the windows. When I ask them to redo something or clean something that isn't done to my satisfaction they always do it. This second cleaning we found scratches on our window a week after they left and I thought they did it. They came out to check, said they didn't do it, and the manager offered to pay half for a window replacement because it was a "he said, she said" situation. I called the window company that installed our windows and when they came out they found that the scratches are between the double panes so FISH could not have done it. I admire FISH for the way they respected me and handled my concerns. I highly recommend FISH for their window cleaning service and their integrity.

I was struck by a BDM driver, by the name of Donovan, his passenger's name was Zach. The Driver rear ended me at an intersection off of 84th and City Center.........and admitted in front of an eye witness that the vehicle he was driving had bad breaks. I asked the driver to provide me with his insurance information and to wait, as the police were on their way and I wanted there to be an official report involving both of our statements. That is when he started telling me that "he had to go, that his boss said to go". He told me "his boss would text me HIS (the owner of the company) insurance information. Problem is, I came to find out, that insurance only covers the owner of the vehicle and company himself (TRAMAYNE WATSON) and no one else. Mr Watson is now avoiding me, not answering my calls,( it has now ow been over a month and I'm still driving around with a damaged bumper as well as internal damage to the vehicles frame) and refusing to compensate me a single penny. I feel that I am a victim of something none the less akin to a hit and run. I am currently dealing with this situation via legal action and will not stop until Tramayne Watson and his employee that struck me take responsibility for their actions or are penalized under the law. AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are negligent, irresponsible and dishonest. If an accident occurs at their fault, in your home or place of business, YOU WILL BE THE ONE TO PAY THE PRICE.
