We've gone on July 3rd so we can watch the fireworks, so I was afraid we would face a giant line afterward and have to wait God-knows-how-long through multiple buses (while ranting to myself about how this is why I try to avoid big crowds). Nope, that's not the case. A few years ago, we got on the next bus out to our parking lot. This year, we waited for an extra bus, but that's only because we had a baby. We could've gone on the first bus, but we would've had to stand. Noticing the baby and my two older parents, the wonderful employees put us in a second bus so that we could sit instead. We still didn't wait for more than a few minutes before we were on our way. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of parking downtown for Summerfest, I highly recommend the shuttle!

The company is reputable and did not try to charge me for any extra "mess" even when someone spilled a bit of beer. My only complaint was that the bus was advertised as having "Bluetooth and auxiliary" capabilities for playing music. However after driving around for 15 minutes, none of us were able to figure out how to get out phones connected. The driver eventually pulled off and helped us get the radio going. We were brought a different driver for the second half of our trip who was able to have us play pur own music. An unfortunate incident but I would still give them 5 stars!

They didn't answer all day Monday. Someone emailed at 11:40p Monday night. I replied. No follow-up. Someone called back Tuesday 10:42a after the intended departure and paying cash equals no guaranteed seat and the upcharge is wild. $30 cash or $23 online for this trip. Anywhoo, I still couldn't buy online with the rep. I had to use her to complete the purchase. Same info. Yet I couldn't purchase she could. And, spelling names and streets is annoying when I can just type online. Maybe they'll get it together with the service and follow-up.

The bus to Madison stops at the mall stop "just in case" - that's not what the policy says to do. Second, the mobile charging and outlets are not intuitively placed. mobile charging is under the seat in the middle instead of next to the outlets right in front of you. Third the pass wasn't scanned. Sounds conven, maybe it is, but at that point you might as well take cash. Fourth the driver was having a VERY hard time keeping the bus in the lanes during modest wind conditions.
