I called the number left on the business recording (closed on Saturday) and Kevin (owner) said he'd be out in a half hour. Kevin shows up, realizes the problem and has the unit corrected, fixed, and running within an hour or so. He explained the issue and exactly what he needed to do to correct it. Bob answered his phone right away, and drive 20 minutes to our house to solve the problem. Roots from the neighbor's Maple tree had grown into our clay tile drain to the city sewer line. He put the camera down the line to show us the issue, cleaned the drain, and left us with a chemical treatment to help prevent future issues. He also recommend a service that will put liners in existing older tile connectors to strengthen the protection we will call them, because if Bob says they are worth the call - I believe HIM.
