Saturday night during a holiday weekend, with house guests in from out of state, and sewer water…read morestarts coming up through the floor drain in the shower. Agh! Bob answered his phone right away, and drive 20 minutes to our house to solve the problem. Roots from the neighbor's Maple tree had grown into our clay tile drain to the city sewer line. He put the camera down the line to show us the issue, cleaned the drain, and left us with a chemical treatment to help prevent future issues. He also recommend a service that will put liners in existing older tile connectors to strengthen the protection we will call them, because if Bob says they are worth the call - I believe HIM. We called and spoke with other companies and were told that it would be at minimum 2+ weeks before anyone could get to us. A friend of mine recommended Travis so I gave home a call. That same evening he came out to our house to do an inspection and in less than 1 week he was able to get us a new AC unit (and furnace) fully installed and running. My family can't thank him enough for helping us out as we were hitting some of the hottest and most humid days in Iowa.
