Bob answered his phone right away, and drive 20 minutes to our house to solve the problem. Roots from the neighbor's Maple tree had grown into our clay tile drain to the city sewer line. He put the camera down the line to show us the issue, cleaned the drain, and left us with a chemical treatment to help prevent future issues. He also recommend a service that will put liners in existing older tile connectors to strengthen the protection we will call them, because if Bob says they are worth the call - I believe HIM. I'm sure it wasn't totally easy tying into an already existing complex set of conduits and boxes way up in the air - 15 feet high, but it looks like it was all done together, nothing patchy or cobbled in. I feel the price was right for the work done. He did exactly what was asked and even swapped out an extension cord I had elsewhere which was a bit too short for the job. He installed my cord and secured it perfectly.
