They worked non-stop, and the job was done by 7.00 pm. Every piece of fabric, old shingle, nails, etc. were all picked up before they left. Greg came to do a site inspection. After a hail storm in August, I noticed extensive shingle particles in my downspouts. In September, I started a claim with my insurance company. They sent an "independent" inspector (code word for crap) to inspect and provide an estimate. I was shocked at how minimal the inspection and repair estimate was. They essentially were expecting me to do "spot repairs" after extensive hail damage. My neighbors had their roof replaced in mid-Summer by Expert Exteriors and were very happy with the results. I called Expert and Billy came by and performed a very thorough inspection, documenting damage with photos, something the "independent" contractor didn't even bother to do. Billy also discovered I had a "double roof" (second set of shingles nailed to first layer, a BIG code violation in Colorado) which occurred before I purchased the house about five years ago. I intend to have some strong words with the home inspection service I hired during purchase (they owe my some answers!). I also requested inspections from two other companies in Loveland, Gold Roofing and Pride Roofing. Not only did they miss the double roof, but said my roof had minimal damage that was already documented via photos. I am NOT impressed by their aloof attitude and lack of attention to detail and will tell everyone I know about my experiences with them. Billy and Expert Exteriors went to bat with for me with my insurance company. Finally, after significant wrangling, my insurance honored their part of the policy and approved for a whole roof replacement. Expert Exteriors completed the job in one day, and cleaned up completely afterwards. I am very happy with Billy and Expert Exteriors and heartily recommend them as a candidate for your next roof replacement.
