We called Dave at Johns flooring and told him. Dave was very rude and his response was I don't have time for this my schedule doesn't allow it. All we asked was if there was a sealer that we could come down and get. Dave said know that he would have to come up and do it what she did but the whole demeanor of the phone conversation was atrocious. There's a lot of other places that will do flooring and I would recommend going elsewhere other than Johns floor coverings in Herkimer.

I texted the videos, and then heard ... nothing. I called the next day, and he picked up, but then hung up immediately. I called back and the conversation went something like: ME: "Hello, I sent you the videos yesterday and I..." HIM: "I got 'em." ME: "Sooooo..... is this something you can fix?"
