I paid them and gave a tip. now I see with my black light there is no difference- the urine stains are still there and the carpet actually di not smell fresh as it used to in the past for their magic PERT cleaner. This spring (less than a year later) I have flooding in my basement again. The warranty? Oh, that was only for the one wall that they treated, we didn't mean that you would not have water in your basement next year. If you want a dry basement we have to treat more, that will be another $5300. The initial contract said they would install a 1/3 hp sump pump if needed, but they decided it wasn't needed. Funny, I have water in my basement, I guess I need that sump pump. Their answer? No, we didn't think we needed it then, so you don't get one now. RUN AWAY!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!
