There's not a typical Curchods property although they do seem to have more expensive properties than cheaper ones. They cover the whole of Woking and also have branches in West Byfleet and Ottershaw with whom they coordinate well meaning that you only really have to register at one branch. The biggest downside to Curchods as either a seller or a buyer is that they are situated just outside the main bit of town meaning that it's a bit more of a walk to go into branch. The branch is not wheelchair accessible. To keep kids happy there's a really nice fishtank in store!
