No request was ever too difficult for them to respond to, they were prompt in their responses and most importantly, they kept in regular contact with me throughout the entire process. I cannot fault them in any way and would certainly return to them if I ever needed to in the future. I have used Alphabet for more than 10 years to handle the two different aspects of property handling: letting and sales. For a decade, the team at Alphabet have kept my flat fully tenanted, arranged all check-ins/outs, cleaning, maintenance you name it, they have handled it all without fuss and at very reasonable rates. When I decided to sell very recently, the already efficient team stepped it up even further. The sale had been dragging incessantly due to inactivity on my purchaser's solicitor's side. The team at Alphabet City outperformed any estate agent I have ever had dealings with. They went out of their way to get the transaction under control and contacted me daily to keep me updated. The sale would have without doubt fallen through if it were not for their continuous, pro-active efforts. They are NOT!!! From the moment the branch manager Tony came round he put me at ease and assured me they would work hard and do their best to get me a good price. They email all appointments and then the day after the viewings you receive another email with HONEST feedback. Tony sold my house within 2 days and achieved over asking price, I moved a couple of weeks ago and things were really smooth proving if you choose an estate agent that knows the market and the area (Tony has lived in the area all his life) things do not have to be difficult.
