They not only refuse to make things right for me and know something was not right as the employee who fitted me in Inverness is no longer there but insulted me with an obvious lie and then engaged in a personal attack because I am rightfully indignant about their poor service, lack of responsibility and even outright lies. I am sure they have many good employees, but in this case they did not and I paid the price. A company who behaves like this does not deserve your business. My reviews are 90% five star. My insurance company told me that they never received a request for authorization from them.
