My friend who has since passed away had a severe hearing loss and could at times require much patience on their part, and I saw them use much respect and kindness as they listened to my friend and addressed her needs as best as any group could. They helped my mother with many adjustments to her hearing aids that were not purchased there, giving her the best hearing she could have at her advanced stage of hearing loss. Dawn at the front desk is a treasure, and every doctor we encountered there was professional and knowledgeable about options for better hearing. We had to change audiologists for reasons totally unrelated to AHCO, but I actually cried when I had to say goodbye to them. They were wonderful and will be missed!

I've been back to see Chad on numerous occasions for wax guard removal everything. I just left the office. I see Chad is gone. Monica was very good. She said they were the wrong size Ear pieces. She changed them and she made a few adjustments now I can work them from my phone that I wasn't able to do before. The receptionist was lovely just can't remember her name. But Monica really did me a solid. I like Chad he was a good guy, but unfortunately, I don't think he knew much about hearing aids. The things she told me were not against Chad. They were against what I was told. Let's see how this goes. I have new size earpieces and she told me everything I needed to know spent a lot of time with me. He told me I had moderate hearing and would really benefit from hearing aids. $4,500 later I had hearing aids in my ears. Shon indicated that my hearing would continue to deteriorate and that hearing aid would help. He scarred me into believing that these hearing aid would slow down my hearing loss!!! What he DIDNT SAY IS THAT NOTHING ALTERS HEARING LOSS OR SLOWS IT DOWN! The hearing aids hurt and after two painful days he discovered that I needed pediatric size hearing aids, he was the expert and shouldn't he know that? Then the plug died the next day and the hearing aids didn't charge! TO AD INSULT TO THE PAIN I RETURNED THE HEARING AIDS AFTER 7 days of problems and he had the nerve of charging me $200. I did sign a contract the day he sold me the defective hearing aids and the contract said that if I returned the aids he could charge me $200 fee. But after the problems I encountered, I want others to know my experience. I did tell my doctor who referred me, and he won't refer anyone else. Be aware before you buy from this man! Run in the opposite direction.
