A different tradesman had notified me of what he thought was an issue . Mr. Johnson personally told me the system had been tested and passed state inspection . Well that was another of his endless list of lies. My daughter and I watched as the tech opened up the generator , the gas line was shut off, the battery was missing and the seal on the terminals was still there so one had never been installed . The generator had never been programed or registered with the manufacturer. Also the idiot who installed it left his battery powered drywall cutting tool inside the housing. The wiring was not done correctly and had to be replaced and a non grounded metal pipe had been used to connect two plastic components which is a safety code violation . The tech corrected the issues and did a test run and completed the setup while explaining to my daughter and me how the system worked. Found out last week why my exterior doors leak air and are difficult to open and close. Everyone of them is out of plumb by as much as 1/2 inch , one even has a bowed frame. The headers on the French doors were not framed correctly and are sagging . The list of shoddy work is very long. I have phoned and emailed and even sent a certified letter to the company all of which have been ignored. The person who I hired to do a home inspection spoke to Mr. Johnson on Feb 18, 2025 over the phone and was assured that the problems would be taken care of within a week. Today is Oct. 8, 2025 and nothing has been done. Johnson is a scammer , liar and crook .

But Wes followed up & fit me in on Thursday almost a week earlier. He quickly replaced the sewage ejecter & solved the problem in order to get my water softener & iron filter back on line to prevent further damage. Then Wes followed up via text the next day to ensure the problem was fixed. I really appreciate the professionalism, urgency, customer service & follow up. Wes is my plumber from now on!
