We decided on a carpet after taking samples home and RJ said he'd order the carpet and it would take about 10 days. 3 weeks later I called wondering if the carpet had arrived. They said it had arrived yesterday and he'd call the next day with an install date. 3 days later and no call, I called back and was told they could install it the next day. The installer was amazing! Informative, knowledgeable and top tier. I just felt that since it was such a small job it wasn't as important. I do like the runner though-very nice addition.
