The owner called one of his installers and the dude could do it the next day. Same day if I really needed it. Are you kidding me? The installation went perfectly, the installer left the place spotless and 24 hour service. I gave five stars because there wasn't an option for six I highly recommend!

We decided on a carpet after taking samples home and RJ said he'd order the carpet and it would take about 10 days. 3 weeks later I called wondering if the carpet had arrived. They said it had arrived yesterday and he'd call the next day with an install date. 3 days later and no call, I called back and was told they could install it the next day. The installer was amazing! Informative, knowledgeable and top tier. I just felt that since it was such a small job it wasn't as important. I do like the runner though-very nice addition. That is why we went back to them. Previously we did not work directly with them other than to pick out product & color. This time we worked with them from start to finish. We had shopped around at a couple of other places. Let me tell you... Yoder Carpets is AWSOME!!! From the first time we walked in the door we were greeted, asked if we were looking for anything specific, guided to the area we were looking for (not just pointed) and the sales associate stayed with us the entire time while we were pondering colors & materials, answered all our questions & guided us to what would best meet our wants. We had color & product picked out in the time we were there. Then Gary came out to measure everything. While he was there, we discovered that the product we picked out would not work.
