We purchased a split king mattress set and at the same time their Resort Sateen sheets on 3/14/2024. We paid $198.30 for the sheets (need to have our head examined). We did not use the sheets until about a week ago; well beyond their 100 day satisfaction guarantee. We did not wash them prior to putting them on and about seven days later I leaned on my elbow to roll over and heard a ripping sound. I found that the bottom fitted sheet ripped almost clear across the mattress. I called customer service and was told that they aren't eligible for replacement and that they would only give me a 30% off coupon. What a joke! We will never purchase anything from Cariloha again. They do not stand behind their products. I have never had sheets rip like this especially ones that are over priced like these were. I would give them a zero if I could especially for their customer non-service. They are not BBB accredited and have a "F" rating.

This store is great if you're looking for bargains on named brand things but you really do need the time to look through everything. When I say time, I mean several hours at least. Check out takes forever and the employees there are not very friendly. I can tell by the look on their faces that they dread working there. Within 15 minutes after that (7:30) the loud speaker stated that the store would be closing in 30 minutes please gather your purchases and make your way to the register in both English and Spanish. Then in 15 minutes again (7:45) in Spanish and English the loud speaker stated again. The. In ten minutes the loud speaker again. Then in five minutes the store is closed. So that was at 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 7:55 and then at 8:00. The entire time we were shopping we were being kicked out. Horrible experience. Just close the store at 7:00pm and save me the headache of Dominga here to be annoyed. Meanwhile.... Ross is open until 11pm.

The mall is really nice and has a good mix of stores , definitely some that I would personally shop at. The food court stood out too, with plenty of options and really good eats. It felt lively and had a lot to choose from. Parking was a bit of a hassle, especially depending on the time, but they do offer VIP parking for about $8 for the day, which is super convenient since it's right up front. Overall, I would definitely come back to this mall if I'm in the area.

Discount clothing store that has some decent deals…read more I have been coming here on and off for years and the other day, whole driving by, I realized that it has been awhile and also aware that it is time to get some Christmas shopping done, I stopped in. The same basic deal, which is not necessarily bad, just a statement. Nothing caught my eye and i walked out empty handed, but i shall be through here again.
