It's not easy to find quality shoes in a size 4 for a woman! They actually had a good selection of shoes at a very affordable price in my size! I came here looking for a pair of black dress flats. I found a pair for under $15, and they look great! Victory! The service was ok. It's mostly walk the aisles and pick what you want. There was only one worker at the time, an older lady that ran the cash register. She was nice, didn't talk much, but got us out quickly. Pleasant experience!

In addition to the 3D scanner, the pressure mapping mat was a low pressure way to direct the shoe selection process. We left with shoes that my wife felt comfortable wearing and pleased with the fit. Fleet Feet is a chain and offers a rewards program. Given the price of new shoes, it's easy to reach the first reward tier. The store itself is clean, small, organized, and an efficient use of the space. The selection is limited, but of good quality. In addition to running shoes, the store offers Garmin watches, insoles, running hats, shoe laces, energy gels, running shorts and tops, and the like. I was impressed they carried size 13 in most of the shoes I was interested in. My wife picked out a pair of sandals for about $25 that she is very happy with. All in all, a great shopping experience and we would come back next time we're shopping at this mall.

I've got dresses and slacks from here that I've had for at least 10 years. Their casual wear can be a little on the flimsy side and don't last as long, but the nicer dressy clothes have held up beautifully. The staff are all usually pretty nice, but they seem to have a high turnover. It can be tough to find a parking spot on the weekends.
