I ordered a dress for vacation. The dress arrived the day that we departed. Upon are return the dress was not at all the way it looked in the picture. Way too much fabric. We were gone for three weeks. I requested a return label for a store credit. Lauren Nicole received the package 1 day over the 30 day return limit and rejected the return. I sent a letter explaining the situation they refused to give me a credit. I had to pay to ship the dress to them and then additional 17.00 for them to ship it back.. I will never wear this dress. It was the first time I ordered from this company. Very disappointed in their customer service. Don't order from this company if your item doesn't work out they only issue store credits. I have been a fan of Lauren Nicole for years. Their prices are great and they have such cute, trendy clothing items and accessories. I visited this week to find a dress for an event and both of the sales associates were friendly, kind, and helpful. They helped me choose the perfect dress, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super cute bag so was hoping to get a replacement or store credit of some sort but spoke with the store manager Hannah and she told me bags are final sale, even if they are faulty and nothing could be done to make this right. Felt the need to share this about the company Lauren Nicole, I never write reviews like this. I ordered a white dress from their website a few weeks ago. The day that I received the dress in the mail, it appeared they had sent me a dress that had been worn already (hence the make up in the interior and ripped seam at back of dress). I immediately took photos and emailed the company. I received an email back apologizing and to send the dress back. After I sent the dress back, they emailed me stating that the "damage on the dress was more extensive then they thought" and basically told me that I must have worn the dress for "an extended amount of time". They then proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay $5 and they would ship THE SAME DAMAGED DRESS back to me?!??? I'm in shock that I had received a used dress, and they blame me and said I must've worn it! I never post stuff like this but felt the need to share. DO NOT SHOP FROM LAUREN NICOLE !!!!! read more

Great service and assistance from the owner, Lauren. What a pretty little boutique. There were lots of nice touches that larger stores are missing, like a pretty jewelry display tree and a huge wall mirror in the dressing room area. Wide selection of statement necklaces, bracelets, fun rings, and clutch wallets. Lots of chic and elegant choices for maxi dresses, dresses, mini skirts, tanks, and shorts. I found a good selection of colors and styles in the store, although there was not a lot of clothing in my size range (ahem, I'm a bit voluptuous). Regardless, I found a camisole in a beautiful neon pink color and two lovely, bold necklaces. Love that this clothing and accessory store is right on Central by Lake Eola, it's great to have a fashionable store conveniently located downtown. read more

This is a very small boutique shop downtown Orlando. Located across from Lake Eola. This is one of my wife's favorite little Shop. They have unique clothing and at a very reasonable price for a boutique. I have been in some shops that they over price clothing just becaue they are small and downtown. The staff us always there to help with any questions you may have. Sundays when the farmers market is open they get a lot of traffic in the store. I've stopped by this clothing store a few times when I've been to the Thornton Park Wine Walk. They are usually a vendor, and they have very sweet staff. Their clothing is contemporary casual, and very boutique. While I have eyed several garments that they offer, I have never actually purchased anything here. The prices are a bit steep from department stores, but there is something to be said about being an independent retail store downtown. I would say that it's at least worth a glance. read more

Clothes are always trendy, fashion forward and at great prices. Everything that I've gotten from here has held up great as well. If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a bracelet (among many other items) and tried to return it the following day because the ornamentation would not stay properly. I was the told that all jewelry is "final sale" even though it was not a sale item. Mind you, this is not posted near the jewelry anywhere. It only appears in small print near the register. The owner herself (I assume Lauren Nicole?) would not budge on this and pointed to the small sign near the register. What a shortsighted owner. The bracelet was $14 and I had spent over $200 in her store the day prior. She lost what could have been a very lucrative customer all due to her inability to be a bit flexible and properly handle a customer. To top it off, the bracelet broke while I was standing there and still, no credit or refund or anything. BUYER BEWARE! read more

Officially bummed at Lauren Nicole Boutique. After shopping there since day one (I live directly downstairs!) I bought Hundreds of dollars of new items to take on vacation with me. While on vacation, I could not return home due to being a victim of Hurricane Irma and was 3 days outside of the14 day return policy. I wasn't allowed to return the items, and not even offered a store credit. I love shopping small and local, always promoting LN on my IG and to my girlfriends but this completely turned me off. I love this store! It is my go to shop when i need any outfit or want to treat myself. I'm from New Orleans so it reminds me of Magazine st stores or the other many cute boutiques. The prices are pretty good and the clothes hold up well. I always get compliments on my outfits. This is the only boutique I've seemed to find in Orlando so I'm definitely a loyal costumer. There is one particular employee i would like to give a shout out to, i believe her name is Christine. She is always so sweet and so friendly and always very helpful. I like to ask her for her opinion on my outfits or what else i can buy to pair with it. I think the shop could use more Christine's or maybe some other employees could take some notes. I was searching for boutiques in the area and came across Lauren Nicole. I saw online that they had the initial necklace "T" so I called to see if they can place it on hold for me. It was the last one :)! When I first walked in there, I wasn't greeted nor did anyone ask me if I needed help. I brushed it off anyways because I was very intrigued by their clothes. Plus I knew I was just going to pick up the necklace anyways. But I wish I was being greeted, especially since I'm a great client! I got to meet Nicole herself and she made my visit very comfortable, not many clothes my size but i did find one on the mannequin and everyone loved it on me, so of course I had to buy. Cute shop and the staff are always pretty helpful and honest about recommendations and fit ect, owner seems to change it up way more than your local Bloomingdales which is good and you will be flabbergasted at how inexpensive most of the items are. Being a small girl they don't always have items in my size : XS. Trying to think of another store to compare too to describe the style/items they sell. Hmm... some of the brands they have are also carried by Urban Outfitters so maybe take the grunge out of Urban and add some Ted Baker type flare? Dunno. Def worth hitting up if you're downtown. The ladies here are all really friendly! They have really cute clothes at awesome prices! Because of this, some of the clothes run pretty small, so be aware. They do carry some hard to find brands such as mink pink, and they always have a decent sale rack going on.
