Before I knew it, the installer was on his way for a replacement. I live in La Mesa and could not believe that the installer drove all the way back to San Carlos, to pickup up the correct part, and drove all the way back to La Mesa (on a Friday evening), just so I could have my sauna installed that day. They stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Now that's customer service! The quality of my sauna is exceptional. Very well made, comfortable and should last for years.
