I've had good, great, then bad experiences with the previous carpet cleaning service i used. I'm as understanding as they come, but decided enough was enough. I'm a creature of habit, so changing service companies especially after years gives me a little bit of anxiety. I decided to try Holt's from the good reviews they had in Yelp. I'm glad i did! They were able to get me in and were very straight forward. They gave me a 2 hour window for arrival, and they called me first pretty close to the beginning of that window to let me know that they were on their way. They did a GREAT job with my carpets and charged me the amount i was quoted without trying to upswell me. I asked for a quote on cleaning my tiles and couldn't believe what an awesome price quote they gave me. If they didn't already have other appointments to get to, i would have had them stay and do them right away! They did a great job, were friendly, efficient, and had a great price. We had these guys clean our light grey couch from Article. Our couch was so dirty- the worst couch to have with kids and dogs. If you spilled even a sip of water on it, it looked like someone had peed on it and the stain would just keep going... If you need to have anything cleaned, please go to Holts carpet care! Not only did it look brand new, but the price for cleaning it, was on point and VERY reasonable. The gentleman who came (I forget his name, apologies) was polite, on time and very efficient. I suffer from bad allergies, and our goal was to have our carpets cleaned to help reduce the dust/cat hair issue. In addition to cleaning however-many-years of dust that had been stuck in our carpet that no vacuum could remove, our carpet felt brand new. I've used Holts carpet care for both my home and office many times and have been extremely pleased. My white carpets at home had multiple stains from babies eating and drinking and not only did the stains lift, the carpet looked almost new every time it's cleaned. My office tile hadn't been cleaned in years and had black grout from the cleaners using a dirty mop, I had Holts Carpet Care come out and was amazed at how white the grout turned. It looked like new flooring and was super shiny. In addition, I find their pricing extremely competitive and they are honest which is hard to find these days.
