Comparing day 1 to final treatment is nearly a night and day difference. We opted to complete the 3-minute (I believe that was the time) version of treatment daily. The time went by quickly, especially since the team was super friendly and would chat with us. I have to give a huge shoutout to Sydney and Grace since we worked with them 99% of the time (along with Dr. Clinch, of course) and they are sincerely the coolest people. Their demeanor is merely icing on the cake to the top notch care provided at Inspire TMS. While treatment is incredible, progress doesn't stop there. You have to actively put in the work to improve your wellbeing. That might be easier said than done, but it seems more and more possible as treatment continues. I'm happy to report that instead of having 6.5 out of 7 bad days a week, my husband is much happier and on average has 1 bad day a week. That's a significant improvement, not just for him, but for the people in his life who care about him (i.e. less worrying for us).

Initially, I was one of the few who did not see results--so Dr. Clinch adjusted, tried other things, and after completing my treatment, I felt like the best version of myself. I went to both Denver and Longmont locations and felt like I was treated subhuman and like a burden every time I was there. I reported Longmont's location to the BHA but they couldn't do anything since Klarisana isn't governed by them (which they need to be). I was left unattended during a bad treatment after they turned away my NEMT ride last year and wanted me to pay $160 of my own money for their "uber health fee" to get home. My case manager said she's never worked with a medical provider this horrible and unreliable. Im thankful that I tried treatments again this year, but this time at Khrysalis. Everyone do yourself a favor and go to Khrysalis for your treatments. They offer IV covered by Medicaid and also offer snacks, eyemasks, blankets, and check in on your multiple times after each appointment. And they remember you each time you come in and treat you like family. Avoid Klarisana. Horribly run company who cares more about quantity of clients than quality of care or patient safety. I'm happy not to deal with this scary company anymore. Avoid them.

Profoundly bad experience compounded by icy cold response from management. I would strongly warn…read moreanyone against seeking care here. I worked with Karthik Reddy (Tiki), and Eve Langston and would not place myself in their care ever again. Midway through the infusion, a roof generator or HVAC unit kicked on and the resulting synesthesia was terrifying. When I attempted to use the call button, no one responded. This provoked a deep panic and sense of emergency and I had to begin asserting control and danger assessment and problem-solving thinking during the peak of the infusion. As I was clamping down the brakes on my trip, my mind was like: "Aliens? Apocalypse? Rapture? Terrorists? Guns? KUNG FU? Is the danger in the building? What will the world be like out there once I figure my way out of this chair?" "How do i get this IV out of my arm and tied off so I can roam through the post-apocalyptic landscape with my IV stand as my game-starter improvised weapon?" In this state of fear, when I attempted to again push the button, I knocked it out of its harness on the side table and had to sit up and grope for it on the ground. After I reasoned out that continuing use of the call button wouldn't help, I began vocalizing loudly that I needed someone. The nurse (not the Doc) came in, he did not perceive my distress. He took the call button out of my hand and told me the call system had to be restarted due to a problem (lied to me). He left the room. I continued to press the call button and asked for the doctor who wasn't available for some time. When Tiki did arrive, he was able to see that I was in distress and unable to cogently explain my state. He left me to attend to another patient for a long time. When Tiki came back, he thought that the effects of the ketamine had scared me, but I explained that the roof generator and the lack of call button response is what caused the problem. He explained that the call system wasn't malfunctioning as the assistant had indicated, but that he'd forgotten to wear his pager, and I got out of there asap. When I contacted Vitalitas' management team to ask for accountability and to make the financial situation right this was their response: "I am sorry that you had a difficult infusion in May. Unfortunately, we do not have control over what happens in the building outside of our office regarding noise or HVAC turning on and off. I reviewed the day with the staff in Westminster and and no one heard the loud noise that you described. During a ketamine infusion, sometimes things can be very distorted to patients. I am not saying you did not experience a loud noise, but perhaps it is not something that would have bothered you if you were not getting a ketamine infusion. We are not able to refund your money or offer any discounts going forward. We are happy to continue treating you if you would like, but we understand, given the circumstances is you would prefer to try a different clinic." Didn't even acknowledge their team's failure to respond to the call button. Gross. Totally gross.

Are you feeling down, vulnerable, desperate for some help and guidance, from "trusted…read moreprofessionals"?? Are you looking to be kicked while you're already down, then look no further, this is the place for you!!!! I had an experience that could be described as an actual nightmare- that has lingered with me for over a year. I've contemplated what to write and rewritten this dozens of times, as I've never left a bad review and this sure doesn't come easy for me. I once thought I was a strong advocate for myself, until this day, when I was convinced I was anything but that. This is a glorified TMS and ketamine sales pitch. I repeatedly said no, that I needed time to consider and do my own research, that I was uncomfortable and continued to be trapped in an office, completely withdrawn, crying, belittled and questioned as my no's meant nothing. I was told "look at you, look at how much help you need, you must commit if you ever want to change". I can only imagine the traumas people bring with them to that office, many already kicking themselves, traumas where their previous no's meant nothing. I escalated this to HR and upper management, and I will say I felt heard and cared for during these discussions. I told them how I was frustrated with myself for not handling it differently, for not firmly standing up while trapped in the office and firmly stating "show me the exit" (in this maze of a facility). The HR person told me I was wrong; and I immediately thought I was being invalidated, again, but he reassured me, I should NEVER have been put in that situation to begin with. I was assured I would not be harassed by them any further, only to continue receiving bills monthly for a TMS treatment plan for $3100 that I NEVER DID. I was told an investigation would take place. I was told there was a new manager whom would help me, but yet have never gotten a response from him. Despite complaints with DORA, my insurance company and the treacherous billing department who told me "don't worry, we don't have a collections agency, so just don't pay the bill". Well, today, I let them win, I paid my bill, which was their one and only goal. It was always about the money for them, but It was never about the money for me. It was about trying to regain my strength and advocate against a company that only takes from hurting people. After 14 months of back and forth, I decided to be done. All I'll say now, is save yourself the pain of entering this clinic.

Today, I'm waking up clear, grounded, and genuinely excited about my future. The transformation has been nothing short of life-changing. The HBOT, Ketamine, and one-on-one therapy helped me reconnect with something I had forgotten; I am enough. That clarity has shifted everything. My mind feels open and spacious again -- there's no room for negative energy anymore. I'm more present, more hopeful, and more me than I've felt in a long time. Because of this treatment, I'm doing things I couldn't imagine doing just a month ago. I'm back in the gym. I'm saying yes to new adventures. I'm spending time with friends. I'm even reconnecting with family I hadn't spoken to in a long time. My days feel lighter, and my confidence is returning piece by piece. Mind Spa didn't just give me treatment -- they gave me my life back. If you're struggling, overwhelmed, or searching for something to help you feel like yourself again, this place is worth every step.
