The guy who came to our house was polite and professional. We signed and returned the estimate and were told that we would be contacted when they were ready to schedule the work. By the end of May, we hadn't heard anything back and reached out to them to confirm they had received the signed estimate. They confirmed they had over a month ago and would still reach out when they were ready to schedule the work. It's now been just shy of a year since we received our estimate and no word from Elias Painting. This is the first time we've contracted any painting out, but I have to assume this kind of wait period is unheard of.

It was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. They called on Thursday to ask to reschedule for the following Monday. This was fine with me and a time of 9:30 was set. 9:30 came and went. At 10:00, I called to see what the problem was. I was told, "he forgot". I was asked to wait for a call back, which came very quickly, and was told that he was on a job where there was no cell phone reception so he could not be contacted.
