I was in a pickle on Thursday while driving home on Route 40. My car completely shut down and…read morebasically blew up. It was out with no activity. I was on the side of the road where it wasn't too safe. I called them to see if they could pick me up. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and knew exactly where I was located by me describing roads nearby. They said an hour of a wait. I called 911 to let them know that I didn't feel safe, and they dispatched police to arrive on the scene. As soon as they arrived, this company stopped and said they were going to pick me up and drop me off at the local gas station. They said this will get me off the road because it's unsafe in that area. As well as delivering my vehicle to the destination the next day. They towed it 38 miles away to the destination as they said they would on time. It cost me $250 for the delivery, but they didn't charge me to hook it up, and take it to their garage to get me off the road. I'd use this place again if I needed to. The driver that hooked me up was super nice. One recommendation is that they do not use insurance companies. In case you're seeking your insurance company to choose them.
