I traveled to Houston for a wedding and needed a vape to use for a few days. I went into Joint Custody (mostly on the strength of the name) and ended up talking to the owner. Seemed cool at first, talked a bit, and bought a Mighty Vaporizer. Paid full retail for it, which is about 100 dollars more than most reputable online stores are selling them for. I get it, B&M stores are always going to be more expensive and I needed it now. OK cool. I get back to my hotel and realize this is fucking stupid since I have a wax pen which is more than enough to get me through the week. I have not opened the box at all yet. Mind you, the seal is still on. I go back and ask the kid working there (no longer the owner) to provide me a refund for this unopened vaporizer. He says "yeah" at first then clarifies by stating "its going to be store credit" I explain to him that I didn't see anything on the receipt or the website that said anything about a return policy. This is why I took the trip back down to make the return. He says the owner is on the way and that I'd have to talk to him. Now, I have better things to do than to waste even more time talking to this dickhead but he did some dishonest shit that deserves to be highlighted. In the time he was "getting ready to come to the store" He went on the stores website and changed it to now magically have a return policy. How do I know this? One of the phones I used to look the policy up before coming in still had the page loaded. I took a screenshot and I'm going to attach it below. I've also included my receipt which also says nothing about the return policy. I get the need to have one of these in place, but you should've done the right thing and ate the return and then had the policy for customers after. I'm from out of town, but some stupid shit like that is a guaranteed way for me to never give a store my business. read more

Cool, place that is tucked away, but actually easy to access off I-10 & TC Jester. Owner runs and operates the place and very knowledgeable about the products and can give suggestions based on your personal needs and requirements. This place is clean and comfortable, not a dark and spooky head shop, well stocked merchandise even had CBD for pets which Charlie was very happy about. He's a 16yo dog that is in a bit of pain, but they had a good suggestion and he is walking and resting well now. They even have a space set-up for local artisans to sell their items, and a little outdoor sitting area on the side. Highly recommended, will not go anywhere else since I found this place. read more
