My computer worked better than ever, until now, but nothing to do with his work, but more the fault of Microsoft. I run Windows 10 which I find fine, BUT Microsoft decided I need Windows 11 and installed it without my authority. Many of my apps dont work with !! so I tried to revert back to Windows 10 which I have done before. This time I got the blue screen of death upon startup, and seemingly no way out without my Authorizing Key, which of course I didn't have. so again I called Dean. As usual he performed his magic and was able to located them very promptly and again I'm up and running with Windows 10. Dean is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
