I needed to feed 160 endurance athletes over the course of 5 hours during a race where they would be finishing at different times. It was at a campground, and I had volunteers on hand to handle the service. I just needed the deliverables. Saul immediately started giving me advice and at first I thought he was "mijo-ing" me. I very quickly realized that his advice came from decades of running a family business. This man was solving all of my problems remotely because his intention was to give good service for a party he would not attend. The food was ready for pickup on time and the guests loved it. Saul provided us with everything we needed for service. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent with multiple follow ups while I was busy organizing an event. Again, kudos for guiding me through this process and removing stress from my plate. I also loved meeting his family. Both of his sons were extremely polite and thoughtful. If I host again, I'm coming back to Saul.

A few days later I was contacted by Rosa and she was amazing. She was so friendly and answered all my questions and gave quotes. She was always quick to respond and making a deposit was simple. I love that they provide transparent pricing on their website -- makes it easy to decide right away if they're within your budget!
