When I message them for inquiry they replied promptly. They were on time and organized. The set up was nice and clean. I love their selections od Meat. The Carne Asada was my fave. Wow can for our aunts 70th and grandmas 99th birthday party today. I thought the mariachis would be the highlight but the food stole the show!! Juan and Sergio were perfect hosts welcoming us to the party and offering us the delicious smell of food. They had 3 kinds of meat for us to choose from, tender, juicy, flavor packed Carne Asada, Al Pastor, and chicken. They also offered quesadillas, mulitas, and more! I can't say enough about the flavor of these tacos! They were DELICIOUS!! Oh my goodness and the grilled onions and jalapeños were FIRE! They also provided all the delicious sides which I'm very picky about but these were so good. The rice had good flavor and the beans were creamy and packed with flavor. They also provided onions, cilantro, limes and salsa both red and green which were really really good! So much food! If you're looking for a taco guy for an event I highly recommend Puro Peri tacos! My family has hired Juan (head of Puro Pari) multiple times now for our family functions and he's not your average taco guy -- he feels more like a friend of the family! He's attentive, friendly, fun, and his tacos are delicious. I've tried the carne asada, pollo, and al pastor tacos, as well as his quesadillas, keto tacos (yes, keto! Cheese "tortillas"), nachos, mulitas, beans, rice, and the salsas. Everything is flavorful and delicious. Juan and his team are so great that whenever my family members hear that we're having a party, their first question is always "Will Puro Pari be there?". They have a fun team and they even stay longer than scheduled just to be attentive to us. Most recently, we had a small gathering with just close family due to covid19. The team was good about wearing gloves and they kept it safe for us. They also had hand sanitizer out and maintained a clean area. Best taco people ever!! They catered my baby shower last weekend and OMG everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was delicious! My family are very picky and particular when it comes to taco mans and even they were saying how this was the best taco man experience they ever tried. The carne asada and carnitas was mouth watering, the quesadillas they made later on were soooo good. And the surprise star of the show???
