This is the real lowdown This was my first experience at the location on 6/2025 And I have to say this is definitely a wonderful place to hangout and enjoy yourself. There are 2 theaters It cost $22. for both so you can wonder Back and forth seeing what's playing on all the tv's in both theaters. The vip theater has couches and more lighting. While the other theater is darker and seats are attached like a row of benches. It is divided into two separate areas for more privacy with multiple TV's playing different types of porn in both areas. The arcade booths are 8$ for so many minutes ? The Majority of the booths are very small with a small wooden bench seat with your tv screen. There doesn't appear to be any PAID live entertainment. And NO glory holes. The management is great helpful and respectful to everyone. And everyone feels welcome. You will definitely see all types of people there at night. And everyone is nice and helpful with questions There definitely seems to be a regular crowd of porn watchers that makes for a great friendly atmosphere. So if you just like to hang out and watch people doing There own Things or just watch porn with others this is definitely a peaceful place to hangout and watch. I'm a regular at Jolar's, and it pains me to give this one star review. The implementation of this no purse/ bag rule is absurd, and singles out the female customers. As far as I know, this is a space designed with adult play in mind, and our purses allow us to be discreet with our personal belongings as none of us want to walk in with our hands full of lube and dildos. Nor do we want to dress in men's Clothes so we can utillize the very big and deep pockets they have as pockets on women's clothes are basically non existant. I get that the policy is what it is, and it shouldn't be a big deal if you have a car, But those of us who don't have been completely over looked and are being treated as if all the money we've spent here means nothing. It's extremely frustrating to make plans to meet someone there and you both be taking an Uber. Having to ask a total stranger if you can put your purse in their car is awkward AF. I'm not just complaining I'm offering a kind of solution/ compromise. What if my self and the other ladies who don't have cars to leave our purses in, donate lockers for us and any other first time female patron to put our purses in. I had a super fun time on a Saturday night. $22 entrance fee which gets you 6 hours with in and out privileges. Just don't lose your ticket. The place was hopping but again on a Saturday night. Mixed straight, gay, cd & transgender crowd made for an interesting time. Two main theaters, one of which is 'VIP' with around 5 screens playing at once. The other theater has two rooms sectioned off with two screens in each room. It's a bit darker on one side. Also arcade with maybe 10 or so private booths. Large selection of movies to choose from. Bathroom in back. Janitor on site. The place was clean. Parking available in private lot. Staff came through to check tickets one time while I was there. Professional staff. Well worth the $22. And I have watched and patronized many different Jolar revenue schemes. I entertain myself at Jolar 2 to 4 times a week. But, never or rarely patronize during the day. Night Manager Don does a fabulous job managing a variety of challenging situations and circumstances on the night shift. He always uses assertive classy people skills to resolve issues in a timely manner. He represents the entire franchise very very well. Don treats his customers and employees with respect and appreciation. However, the daytime management and staff seem to make it their mission to counter or undue the community good will Don creates. I rarely consider patronizing Jolar during the daytime because the daytime crew treats me and my friends like trash. They are often dismissive and disrespectful to their customers. (right from jump street). They have been disrespectful and unwelcoming to me and my friends on several occasions. It not uncommon for the day crew to project the attitude that since their customer is seeking hedonistic pleasures... it is ok to treat them like trash. "Bite the hand that feeds you" seems to be the team vibe for the day crew at Jolar. Thats why I never book my daytime events a Jolar. So... if you're looking for a daytime party, I'd look at other options.... but if you're looking for a night time party.... there is no better option on the West Coast. read more
