Mani was so sweet and professional and her studio downtown is very clean and beautiful! Fast forward to my actual appointment - it was time consuming! Make sure you have at least 4-5 hrs free! No complaints from me though, perfection takes time ! Mani spent 2 hrs mapping and then 2 hrs microblading. She made sure I loved the shape and the color before doing anything! She also numbed my brows due to the pain. I was so excited to see my brows after I was done! When I looked in the mirror - I was FLOORED!! I looked like a whole new person!! We quickly bonded over our love of podcasts & I love seeing her every 2-3 weeks. I started with the hybrid set & now I am doing volume. My lashes turn out amazing every time and Anh is fantastic at communicating & understanding what I want out of my lash sets. The instructions given kept my brows super hydrated and didn't allow for healing, which is not good I found out. When my brows faded, less than 3 months later I found new microblade expert who is educated and understands the process, due to her continuing education with professionals from major cities. Educate yourself and expect quality was my hard lesson with Envy microblading. An expensive lesson!
