Selling my property in Ontario was a stressful experience from the very beginning. I had a tenant who stopped paying rent, so I first had to go through the eviction process before the house could even be listed. By the time everything was ready, I was exhausted and just wanted to sell the property as quickly as possible. Early in the process, we received a very low offer. Jolin Help us sold and bought a house at the same time .we need to sell our home in order to buy another home ,We were very nervse and had no plan .Jolin provided guidance and make this happen!Jolin was there the whole time in answering questions and getting back to us at all times of the day, even in the evening ,she is very helpful and explain the process and fought for our best interest . let me explain,A week after open escrow for our new purchase home , we noticed someone dig a big hole fill up with water in the side yard. She immediately contacted the seller, seller gave us all the different reasons but none of them made scene.The seller was not telling the truth !Jolin first went to city hall to check if there's any citation and also scheduled a licensed plumber to do an inspection at her own cost.Plumber found out that these is an draining issue from backyard to street. Seller left it unfinished because it cost too much! Long story short ,Jolin MADE THE SELLER COMPLETE THE WORK! This is just one of the hiccups , not to mention how she negotiated with the buyer letting us stay in our current home for 2 months for free, this gave us enough time to remodel our new home to move into. Last weekend I attended a few open houses in Ontario. At each open house the agents I encountered asked if I was interest in purchasing the property , I told them that I wasn't sure if I am ready to buy any. After I response they ignored me. At subsequent open house I met Jolin Wang . She asked (as the other did) if I was interested in purchasing the property and I answered as before that I was not yet sure. I was very skeptical after many failed attempts to sell I had my home on the market for quite a while, and it wouldn't sell with many realtors over the course of 1 year.
