They contacted us first think Thursday AM and set up the install for Friday Am. Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and promptly went to work. They also had to have a roofer come out to install a chimney vent tube 24" above the highest roof line. They removed the old electric water heater and the water connections that were incorrect from that heater. They also had to rebuild the emergency drain line as it was also not built out of the correct type material. They came out immediately to diagnose the problem for a fee of $139. The problem was a leaky coil. Their cost to replace was $4,200. I immediately knew I was being gouged and said no thank you. I then called George; He came out the next day to confirm the problem and size the replacement coil. Tuesday morning, he was out at 8:30 am and replaced the coil, recharged the system etc. all for $2,800. It is really hard to find honest companies, that wont take advantage of you. George is certainly one of them.
