I looked online and called and got estimates from several plumbing companies and then found Houston Water Heaters. I called and was greeted by Lisa whom was so nice and listened to my needs. I told Lisa that I needed an estimate for 2 gas water heaters that are located in the attic of a 2 story house. ( attic & 2 stories at time are extra charge) Lisa transferred me to talk to a gentleman named Steve, which In continuing our conversation I found out was the owner. Steve answered all my questions and told me more than the other plumbing companies had told me. Steve and Lisa listened to ALL my questions, which to me is important.
