We had an electric but because we had gas installed after the big freeze he recommended replacing with a gas heater. Later that day they sent a quote for gas and electric. We sent a reply back to go with the gas. This was on New Year's Eve so did not expect a reply until after New Year's Day. They contacted us first think Thursday AM and set up the install for Friday Am. Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and promptly went to work. They also had to have a roofer come out to install a chimney vent tube 24" above the highest roof line. They removed the old electric water heater and the water connections that were incorrect from that heater. They also had to rebuild the emergency drain line as it was also not built out of the correct type material. This is a very professional installation done by true craftsmen who have a passion for the quality of the work they do. I highly recommend 24/7 plumbing of Katy for any plumbing work you need done.

When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy".
