You can't cut through this eatery to hit the mall. I recently visited Jollibee at Centerpoint Mall and was sad to not see Pickle Barrel next door. A week later, I visit Bramalea City Centre to visit a specific store. I saw this Jollibee and Pickle Barrel by mall entrance 1. I've been to this mall twice within a week. I had an early dinner each time. Before leaving, I visited this Jollibee. There is only one entrance to this restaurant that faces the parking lot. I got to see the mascot between doors. I then headed to the order area. My first visit consisted of getting these items: - Pineapple quencher - Peach mango pie I had my Jollibee rewards QR code scanned to collect points. I then paid with a credit card. It didn't take long for a friendly woman to put my order together. I loved the pineapple quencher. It tasted like fresh pineapple juice. So good and cheerful! I had my peach mango pie in my car while stopped at a Circle K on my way home. The pie was still hot. It was crispy on the outside. The filling was delicious. I was happy having a bit of dessert. Yesterday, before heading home, I revisited this eatery and got a pineapple quencher. I got my rewards QR code scanned and paid with a credit card. The dining area is spacious. Have come here many, many times. I absolutely love Jollibee's chicken joy. I usually order the Jolly Crispy Chicken Bucket Treat B which comes with: * 6pc Jolly Crispy Chicken Bucket w/ gravy * Jolly Spaghetti Family Pack * 3 Peach Mango Pies and then I'll add Pineapple juice! This has got to be the ultimate combo in my opinion. It's the perfect sweet-savoury combo. The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic whenever I've visited. The joint itself is pretty spacious and accommodating however I usually prefer takeout :) Great spot attached to the shopping mall too. Their chicken is definitely a must try!! read more

It's very clean facility. Wait time was more then usual since only one counter was open. Good taste is average we go the special $10 chicken sandwich combo. Nothing too crazy in terms of the flavour. It's just like other fast food joints. read more

3.5 stars I ordered the fried chicken along with the spaghetti, pineapple juice and a peach/mango pie. The fried chicken is quite good and the spicy has some good heat to it. I'd probably rank it just above Popeye's but not Mary Brown's as there's still more fat and gristle than I'd like. I had low expectations for the sweet spaghetti and though it still wouldn't quite be my thing, it was better than I expected at least. I could see my kids going crazy for it. The pineapple juice tastes like good quality and not just a cheap concentrate. The pie was pretty good, though I wasn't floored by them as some are. The price keeps it from being 4 stars for me. They only sell dark meat, but they're charging for what you'd get mixed for at other places - that includes the buckets from what I saw. The pie was at least a dollar or even more than a pie you can get at A&W or McD's. I think I paid near $15 with tax for what I ordered. All (or at least most) combos come with gravy which could be good I guess, but I had no use for it with my combo so it seemed more like extra unnecessary cost and waste. read more

I was given the wrong order. So I have to go back to tell them. At first, the staff was hesitant to address my concern. So, he called one of the supervisors (male Sup), a Pilipino. Right there and then, when I told the supervisor that I was served the wrong order, he immediately told his staff to give me the one that I ordered that FAST. He was really very professional and in fact, thank me for calling their attention and saying sorry. He spoke very professionally and with urgency!
