The sex toy side of the store is extremely limited, dated, and VERY basic. You're not gonna find an extensive lingerie selection, or a lot of BDSM toys. There's a lot of Grateful Dead tie dye shirts, but not much in terms of basic tie dye or hemp clothing. Big selection of rolling papers, wraps, tips, rolling machines. I get my Raw cone tips here. I can't seem to find them other places. Big incense selection too. The guy in the evenings is very friendly. I go in a lot, so we're pretty friendly with each other. Sometimes though, I just need to make a quick trip and he wants to talk my ear off! Lol (no offense) and yes, I know my boyfriend is hot, everyone flirts with him (including this worker) but sorry, he's mine. :)

She completely ignored me while I was patiently waiting for assistance with products that she said she'd be right with me for. I was the only customer in the store, when another customer came in after me, and she proceeded to obnoxiously chat with this customer for 15 minutes, swearing in front of this woman and her child, using the words "B*tch," "C*nt" and "A$$h0le" which was unprofessional, to say the least. After 15 minutes of being completely ignored, even after I decided to just wait in line, when she walked away to show this customer product on the wall and did not even acknowledge me still waiting, I put my products down and just left. It was some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

I ended up buying a brand new Nintendo and a few Pokémon games as well. I knew almost nothing and Aleph was very kind in explaining things to me and was very pleasant!
