It seems they offer a great sense of community and engagement with their regular clientele; it's always nice to see such a well loved shop. Every time I'm in, it seems like there's something new (products, events, etc). The staff are familiar; they used to run the other comic/game/collectible shop in town, before it started going down hill I'd assume. When I've asked for something they don't have, they've always ordered it for me or referred me to someone else who DOES have it - these guys aren't looking for sales; they're looking for happy customers. I hope to see the store continue to grow; I don't play table top games but I love graphic novels, comics, and all things nerdy, and they've made forays into just about every realm of geekdom.
