I also purchased a blister pack for a gift. I was told if there was any problems they would take care of me. Total bullshit! Same day, when I told them I was unhappy with what they sold me, that I was nickle and dimed they basically told me too bad. They would not budge at all. I decided I would cut my loses, return the $25 blister pack and shell out another $25 to buy the tarot nano. The manager got on the phone I explained to him what happened, asked if I could get store credit for the blister pack and would pay the difference for the tarot nano. The phone was passes to the clerk. The clerk said the manager would sell me the Tarot Nano for $59, which was actually more than the sale price and no store credit. Seriously, WTF! Needless to say I left there in tears and told them that we would never come back! Additionally, I had my two sons and nephew, all under age, in the store with me. Both clerks allowed my 15 and 17 year old children to vape and sample the flavors inside the store. I was told this was against the law but the Asst. Mgr. said since the manager wasn't there that he didn't care. The assistant manager actually ran out the door yelling obscenities at us. What a shame for this company because we spent a lot of money there and we will never be back.
