After researching places and exploring some, this was the best store out of the three that we visited. It was clean inside and the worker behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable of all the products that the store sells. He had an answer for every question that my boyfriend had. When my boyfriend made his purchase, he told him to try it to make sure it works before leaving. The worker said they have customers do that to ensure the products work...talk about standing by for what you sell. It was a good thing as the vape my boyfriend purchased wasn't working. The staff is very helpful and one thing to know is that the staff also smokes cigars. It's BYOB and you're able to par a good cocktail together whether it's a whiskey scotch or just a good Voka! They are very knowledgeable on what cigars they have and also what is the best sellers. If you're someone like me that likes good taste & high-quality items do not go for the high quality cigar at first! I learned that it's all about where the cigar is made and where it comes from. It's really not about price. It's about what you pare it with and who you enjoy with. I also learned that the cigar you might have the first time may feel different the second time based on your mood what you've eaten earlier that day or simply the people you are around so that's why being a member at this lounge is very important! I met a-lot of good people and it makes it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place and I definitely will give it a 4 out of 5 based of the convenient location right off the highway. This shop STEALS money and refuses to return it. Even if you provide your bank statement with their…read morename on it, proving they took it. While paying at their store, their machine kept saying my card wasn't working. It worked at a few other stores earlier that day so I kept trying... It didn't work, so I paid cash and went home. Imagine my surprise when I receive my bank statement and TWELVE transactions from the Harrisburg Smoke Shop. So I go to the store and the guy remembers me. He says he remembers that I paid cash because my card didn't work. So I show them my bank statements, and they tell me it's not good enough so I physically sign into my bank account in front of them and show them and let them count the transactions. They agree they took it, but refuse to give it back. They tell me they won't help me, they won't give it back and I need to call my bank. I told them the bank didn't make a mistake, you did. They said they will not give me my money back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Clearly they have no problem stealing customers money. (Even customers that have been there weekly for the past year.) They are unprofessional, grimy and disrespectful. They could tell I was frustrated when I was leaving and all 3 of them gave me "haha! Too bad for you" big smiles as I was walking out.
